Frequently Asked Questions
On the website festivalcamposdojordao.org.br you can find all the Festival’s attractions listed by date and location. Additionally, the concert schedule is posted weekly on our social media channels.
The Festival is 100% free. To attend the concerts, simply reserve your ticket through the link festivalcamposdojordao.byinti.com. Each venue has its own ticket distribution rules, which may be online or in person. Check the details in the “Tickets” section and secure your spot!
Don’t worry—you can still attend! Claudio Santoro Auditorium, Sala São Paulo, Sala do Coro, and Estação Motiva Cultural all offer a limited number of tickets for in-person pickup starting one hour before each concert. Check the “Tickets” section for more information and come enjoy the performances!
The Festival provides sign language interpretation (Libras) and audio description for selected concerts. See the “Accessibility” section for more details. We also offer reserved seating and areas for wheelchair users, seniors, pregnant women, and people with reduced mobility, along with a team ready to assist you.
The recommended minimum age for attending concerts in auditoriums and enclosed venues is seven years old. At this age, children generally have better focus and attention. We suggest performances lasting no more than 60 minutes, with seating near the exits. At Parque Capivari, however, all ages are welcome.
